এই চিঠি টি Type করে ১০ টাকার COURT FEES লাগিয়ে উল্লিখিত ঠিকানায় Registered ডাকে With ACKNOWLEDGMENT card Send করে দিন।৩০ দিনের মধ্যে উত্তর না পেলে এই letter টির xerox সহ Appallete Authority কে আর একটি চিঠি করতে হবে।Appallete authority 40 দিনের মধ্যে উত্তর না দিলে দুটি letter Xerox সহ RTI COMMISSION ;- WEST BENGAL INFORMATION COMMISSION; KHADYABHABAN; 11 A ; MIRZA GHALIB STREET ; KOLKATA --700087-তে Online Complain করতে হবে।
