Application Fee Details
As per the latest announcement by the Rail Minister Piyush Goyal, the candidates who will appear in the Railway Group D examination 2019 for Level 1 will get their fees refunded by the Indian Railway. The Reserved category will get 100% refund, while the General category will get Rs 400 as the refund.

Age Limit
- Minimum Age – 18 years
- Maximum Age – 33 years
Age Relaxation
Indian Railway has mentioned the age relaxation in Upper Age Limit for all categories. Check below the age relaxation of various categories:

Educational Qualification
- 10th Pass from Institution recognized by NCVT/SCVT or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT (As per the latest IR notification, ITI has become non-mandatory for Group D recruitment)
- 10th Pass plus National Apprenticeship (NAC) granted by NCVT or 10th Pass from Institution recognized by NCVT/SCVT

Selection Process
Selection procedure of Railway Group D Level 1 consists of a written test(computer based test-CBT) followed by PET (Physical Efficiency Test) of the candidates who will clear the written test followed by Medical examination and Document Verification.
